Why am I seeing this?
Thank you for your order on sigguy.com Unfortunately your order failed too many of the fraud prevention checks and was flagged as "high risk". Information such as but not limited to your IP location in relation to your the issuing bank's location, CVV mismatch, your address doesn't match the address on file at your financial institutions. We see this sometimes because a VPN is being used and that is concealing the address information as its designed to do.
If you are using a VPN we can cancel your current order, refund the funds paid to store credit and ask you to resubmit a new order with the VPN being temporarily disabled. Every other similar instance the order was resubmitted and successfully passed all the fraud prevention requirements.
If you do not feel comfortable disabling your VPN for a few minutes to resubmit your order we certainly understand. We can cancel your order and refund the credit card that was used.
Please let us know if you want:
1. Store credit and you will resubmit your order with your VPN disabled or
2. Just cancel the order and refund your credit card.
If you are not using a VPN and there's no reason you can think of your transaction didn't pass the verification process a photo ID will have to be submitted for verification purposes. Please see the photo ID picture below. If you want your order we will need to see a picture of your current valid state issued photo ID just like below. Your ID must include the same billing address as your submitted order. You do not need to show your face but you do need to be holding the ID in your hand. If you do not feel comfortable providing that we certainly understand and have no problem with canceling your order as we would rather be safe than sorry. We work with law enforcement and government agencies on a regular basis and all those transactions also require photo ID as well. We take security very seriously and no information is ever saved or collected not even your financial information.
If this order is in fact fraudulent and we do not hear from you within 24 hours your order will be canceled, refunded to the payment method used and the account used will be flagged as "suspicious activity".
