SHIPPING / WARRANTY/ RETURN/ INSURANCE POLICIES

 

SHIPPING: We only ship to billing addresses. If your shipping address is different that your billing address please contact us via the contact us page found HERE.  The only exceptions are if you can provide proof with your DD214 as you duty station is other than your billing/home address or if you can provide proof of address where you want the item to be shipped to.

DOMESTIC SHIPMENTS ONLY! NO INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING.

WARRANTY:  We warranty any Sig Guy product to be free from defect. Please contact us directly about any defective Sig Guy product. For all other products NOT made by Sig Guy, LLC you will need to contact the manufacturer directly about product defects, or warranties, via their contact info on their website. 

 

INCORRECT / MISSING ITEMS:  Verify all the contents in your order are correct before opening and/or installing. If your order has an incorrect, or missing item, please contact Sig Guy, LLC directly using the website “contact us” page HERE or send an email to info@sigguy.com within 24 hours of receipt of your order. Please include a picture with all items in the package and your order number for verification. We will correct the problem immediately by sending the correct product(s) or missing items and also provide a return label for incorrect parts you received. DO NOT OPEN, DAMAGE OR INSTALL PRODUCTS THAT ARE INCORRECT AND NEED TO BE RETURNED! If product(s) show signs of installation or packaging is damaged 100% of the product cost can not be refunded.

RETURNS: For a return due to ANY other reason than above there is a minimum 20% restocking fee plus 3.1% (credit card processing fee). If the product is damaged (to include packaging), missing components or shows ANY signs of installation the product can no longer be sold as new and can only be re-sold as used. Your refund will reflect the condition of the product you returned as it was in perfect condition when you received it. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your debit or credit card, within 7-14 business days. Contact us BEFORE shipping back any product. Funds will be refunded to the card used once product is received. Returns / refunds not accepted 14 days after original purchase date.

DELAYED, LOST OR LATE USPS SHIPMENTS:  As mentioned above we do not own the shipping companies. Like you all we are able to do is use the provided tracking number to track and determine a shipments location and status. Shipments that are late or delayed are NOT lost as they are still in the USPS delivery system. Please do NOT contact us to ask where your late shipment is or when it will be delivered. You will need to call your local USPS facility and ask THEM as they are better suited to answer those questions. If your package is lost you still need to contact the post office as they have the means to find and recover your package. All packages are tracked via GPS so the post office can determine EXACTLY where the package was delivered to within a few feet. Give USPS a chance to fix the problem BEFORE contacting anyone else. Contact them IMMEDIATELY after you determined the package is lost. DO NOT WAIT DAYS BEFORE CONTACTING THEMTo file a claim through USPS click HERE

SHIPPING INSURANCE:  Shipping insurance is STRONGLY encouraged. Sig Guy, LLC is NOT responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages. We do not own the shipping companies and are not responsible for packages after they are  received by the shipping company UNLESS shipping insurance is purchased. Insured shipments are 100% covered! Do NOT contact us if your package is missing or damaged UNLESS you purchased shipping insurance for your order. Shipping insurance is extremely inexpensive and worth every penny! As the recipient YOU can submit a claim through USPS for your lost, damaged or missing package. We do all that we can and HIGHLY EMCOURAGE purchasing shipping insurance for YOUR protection. Sig Guy, LLC can not afford to cover all lost, stolen or damaged items because of the shipping companies being careless nor should we be expected to. THIS IS THE PURPOSE OF SHIPPING INSURANCE.
