 Shipping policies 

We ship orders every Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday unless its a holiday. Orders that contain custom items like pistol stands or laser engraved products may take additional time to ship as they are made at the time they are ordered.

Shipping insurance is HIGHLY recommended for all orders! Packages that you insure by purchasing additional insurance HERE are 100% covered from loss or damage.


If additional shipping insurance is not purchased from us by you then USPS will cover up to $100 when orders are shipped using Ground Advantage or Priority Mail. If your package is lost or damaged YOU will need to contact USPS and submit a claim through them. You can submit a claim HERE. We HIGHLY encourage purchasing additional shipping insurance through us!!! 


All packages we ship are tracked by GPS and your local post office will be able to tell you within feet where your package is or where it was delivered to. If they determine your package is lost or damaged then you will need to submit a claim through USPS HERE. They will probably tell you to contact the shipper (us) and have you ask us to send a replacement. This is not how it works when the company that gets paid to deliver your package loses your package. We are not in the business of paying for others mistakes. We do our job correctly others should to. THEY are the ones responsible for the loss or damage to your packages once they are in their possession.


If a package shows delivers and it is not in your mailbox this is between you, the post office and your neighbors. Again the delivery company was the one paid to deliver your package. YOU will need to contact your local USPS facility and ask them to locate it immediately. Do not wait several additional days to call them as the longer you wait the less likely it is that your package will be recovered if it was delivered. If you live in a sketchy area it is your responsibility to make sure your mailbox or delivery area is secure. This is not the responsibility of Sig Guy, LLC. Do not call us asking where your package is as we are not the ones who can locate it using GPS. If you do live in a high crime area you can notify us at the time you place your order and ask us to add signature required to your order. That way your package is not left unattended. We strongly encourage purchasing shipping insurance through us so your packages are covered. Shipping insurance can be purchased HERE.


We try our hardest to get every order out the very next day. Sometimes due to the volume of orders or the type of items ordered that isn't always possible. Sometimes 3D printed or custom products items take a little extra time to manufacture and ship. Regardless of the time it takes us to ship your order the method you choose for shipping (Ground Advantage or Priority) and the time associated with those shipping methods does not start until we drop your order off at the shipping facility. Please do not contact us because your package took extra time to get to you based on the shipping you paid for. That has nothing to do with Sig Guy, LLC as we are not the shipping company. If you are looking for a refund or to file a complaint you will need to contact the shipping company directly. 


If your tracking information shows your package is delayed or arriving late there is nothing anyone can do except wait. Delayed packages are not lost as they are still in in the shippers system. You can try calling USPS to see if there is something they can do as they are the ones that are getting paid to deliver the package. It is our experience that delayed packages DO arrive eventually. We understand its frustrating to have to wait but patience is needed and the package will arrive. Please do not call us asking if there is anything we can do or if we can send a replacement. If you purchased shipping insurance through us we still need to wait as the package is not lost. If no shipping insurance was purchased you will need to contact the shipping company (USPS/UPS/FEDEX) to see if they will reimburse your purchase. 


Once your order is placed you will receive an order confirmation email Make sure the shipping information is correct. This information is provided to us by you or your credit card company. We have no idea if the address is correct or not as we do not know where you live. You will also receive a shipping notification right after the shipping label is created. Again you will need to verify the address is correct. If the shipping address is incorrect you need to notify us IMMEDIATELY so that it can be manually changed. Once an order is shipped there is nothing we can do to stop it.

7. Sig Guy, LLC is not responsible for your order once USPS takes possession of it. It is not our responsibility to call your local USPS facility to determine the status of your package. WE processed, packaged and gave your package to USPS directly. Tracking info you receive proves it is in USPS's possession when they scan it into their system. Once USPS takes possession of your order THEY are responsible for it. We have no control over USPS therefore can not guarantee they do their job correctly! It is exactly for this reason shipping insurance is HIGHLY recommended on ALL orders regardless of their value or how good you THINK your local USPS facility is. We experience packages getting lost all the time by them. Shipping insurance can be purchased HERE.

All orders over $250 will ship signature required. This is protection for BOTH of us. If you are not home during the day then you will need to call your local USPS facility and have them hold this package for you until you can arrange to go sign for it. 

Sig Guy, LLC sell firearms, and custom firearms only in accordance with Federal, State, and Local firearm laws.

In order to Purchase Firearms Online: (WE ONLY SHIP TO FFLs)

You must be18 or older to purchase long guns and 21 or older to purchase hand guns. You must complete the following steps listed below before we can process your order.

Once you have completed your firearm purchase online. You will receive an order confirmation e-mail with your order number.

  • If you do not receive an email order status update within two business days after placing your order, please contact us via the contact us page..

  • We do not endorse or suggest the use of any FFL holder.

  • Fill out the FFL transfer form found HERE and we will contact your FFL. We will request a copy for their current FFL certificate. 

  • Once your FFL holder receives your firearm; you will need to pick it up.


***Important: **** Upon arrival at your FFL holder inspect your firearm to make certain that everything is acceptable before filling out the necessary paperwork. Once the transfer of the firearm is complete, the manufacturer's warranty is then in effect and from that point on any complications with the firearm will need to be handled by the manufacturer.

  • Connecticut - No Semi-Auto Rifles. Maryland firearms sales only to Class 01 FFL dealer. Varying restrictions on assault weapons.

  • Maryland - Firearm sales only to Class 01 FFL Dealers. Varying restrictions on assault weapons. 

  • Massachusetts - No Handguns, varying restrictions on assault weapons

  • New Jersey - Firearms sales only to Class 01 FFL dealer. Varying restrictions on assault weapons

  • New York - No assault weapons, no handguns (NYC)

  • Washington D.C. -  No firearms



We do NOT ship magazines to the following states. No exceptions:
