warranty / incorrect / missing items
WARRANTY: We warranty any Sig Guy product to be free from defect. Please contact us directly about any defective Sig Guy product. For all other products NOT made by Sig Guy, LLC please contact the manufacturer directly about product defects, or warranties via their contact info on their website.
INCORRECT / MISSING ITEMS: Verify all the contents in your order are correct before opening and/or installing. If your order has an incorrect, or missing item, please contact Sig Guy, LLC directly using the website contact us page HERE within 24 hours of receipt of your order. Please include a picture of incorrect items to include the packaging. We will correct the problem immediately by sending the correct product(s) or missing items and also provide a return label for incorrect parts you received. DO NOT OPEN, DAMAGE OR INSTALL PRODUCTS THAT ARE INCORRECT AND NEED TO BE RETURNED! If product(s) show signs of installation, damage or packaging is damaged 100% of the product cost can not be refunded. We video EVERY package that is fulfilled. We will be able to verify what items were included in your package prior to shipping.
