• Passed Fraud Detection

This is what an order looks like when it passes all of the fraud prevention criteria. All green checkmarks.

  • Required Photo ID Example

Holding your credit card in your hand like above is the only type of photo we accept for verification purposes.

Why am I seeing this?

Fraud prevention checks determined your order on sigguy.com as high or medium risk for reasons such as but not limited to:

  • VPN enabled during the checkout process
  • Too many payment attempts
  • Your IP location in relation to your the issuing bank's location
  • Address doesn't match the address on file at your financial institution
  • CVV/AVS mismatch

We see this most times because a VPN is being used and that is concealing the address information as it’s designed to do.

Before we can process your order we need the following. We already have your credit card information so if this verification process shouldn’t be an issue.

Please provide a picture of you holding credit card used for the purchase in the palm of your hand like in the picture below. Your name and credit card number must be visible. A picture of the credit card other than in your hand is not acceptable.

Fraud once again is on the rise unfortunately and we would rather cancel a suspected fraudulent order then ship it and hope it’s legitimate.

Once you verify with us your account will be tagged with "VERIFIED CUSTOMER" so your future purchases will not need to be verified again in the future.

Sorry for the inconvenience but our commitment is to ensuring all parties involved are protected. Thank you for your understanding. -SG
