The Sig Sauer MAG-1911CO-45-7 is a 7-round factory replacement magazine designed specifically for 1911 Compact and Ultra models chambered in .45 ACP. 

Constructed from stainless steel, this single-stack magazine features a flush-fit design, side-facing witness holes for round counting, and a removable steel base plate for maintenance. While it fits most "Officer-sized" 1911 pistols, it is generally too short for full-size Government or Commander-framed models.
